Do you want John Abraham’s body but hate workout & gym

{Do you want to built John Abraham’s body but hate to do workout & gym}

If someone’s six pack  lines drools you a lot, it certainly has to be John Abraham, a second man for every girl, very first on the lust list of every women, arguably has the best body-height ratio and rather ridiculously big size of biceps among bollywood actors.

While bollywood’s original poster boy, Salaman Khan started the trend of well built muscles in bollywood, it was John Abraham who took it to the next level. John soon became a rage among youth, and the masses and has been become an ultimate icon of urban Indian youth looking to get a well built body. John has always been open to the skin show right since his debut movie Jism and he even did strip a bit his trunks to reveal his sensuous side in Dostana, and who can forget his bare chest acts in movies such as Force and Shootout at Wadala.

Agreed that some might argue that John Abraham has got a little puffed up from sometime but perhaps, it is the same wildness of his body(his big size of biceps still looks proportional since John Abraham has a good height around 6 feet) that makes him look like a giant suited to raw action movies like Force and Madras Cafe.

Body building is traditionally seen as a heavy weight lifting but weights alone cant make you built unless you follow a diet plan suited to your body and your own calorie burn rate. To get the kind of body you desire, around 60 per cent depends on your diet and food intakes and rest on the workout you  do. So there is no short cut and you cannot get a body like John Abraham unless you do hit the gym regularly, do rigorous workout and weight training under the close watch of experts, the trained coaches.

Here is a sneak peak into the diet plan John apparently may follow.

Pre-workout – Some carb intake.
 Breakfast – Black coffee/green tea, 4-5 egg whites /1 potato/wheat flakes/brown bread and one apple.
 Post workout – 6-to-7 egg whites with whey protein shake. Past in morning breaks
 Lunch – rotis, steamed fish, Sprouts, sabji, dal, curd
 Evening breaks – 3-4 egg whites, mashed potato, apple, or papaya
 Dinner – Bajra/ nachni rotis.
 And dinner before 9 pm.

All the above figures, only given for the example purpose, have been take from various sources available at internet, and are not verified, may have changed over the time or may not be true at all. Please do not follow the same diet plan without consulting and expert trained professional.

Look how it appears when you pain your muscles so hard!
